All products available for shipping are mailed via USPS or UPS. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your package has shipped.

DAHLIA TUBERS

All dahlia tubers are meticulously sorted for quality & viability & will be shipped with a visible eye. Dahlia tubers come in a variety of shapes & sizes, so don’t be alarmed at how small some varieties can be!  If upon receipt of your tubers there has been any damage, please contact us at info@farmhouse1851.com. We can address any issues within seven days of receipt of your order. We cannot refund dahlia tubers due to poor growing conditions, neglect, or pest damage.

CUSTOM PLANT LABELS

Custom Plant Marker orders may be cancelled up to three business days after receipt of payment. Due to the custom-nature of these labels, all orders are final once in production. We ask that you review every detail before placing your order. If there are any concerns with your order once received (incorrect spelling, etc.), please contact us at info@farmhouse1851.com as soon as possible. We can address any issues within seven days of receipt of your custom labels. After seven days, any remake of this product will incur a charge.

We ensure all plants are healthy & viable. If you have any concerns or issues with your plant purchase, please contact us at info@farmhouse1851.com. We can address any issues within seven days of receipt of your purchase. After seven days, we do not offer any refunds.

WREATHS

Due to the custom nature & limited availability of each wreath, all sales are final. If your wreath arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us at info@farmhouse1851.com within seven days.
